Born in Greenwich, CT Michael grew up in the village of West Harrison, NY and was surrounded by a large, loving family. After graduating from High School, Michael continued his education at SUNY Binghamton University, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Law. Michael remained in the Binghamton, NY area for a short time while working for the Broome County Public Defender Office. After taking a year off, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School during which, he clerked for Chief Judge Richard D. Ball at the 54B District Court. In 2012 Michael graduated with a Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws Degree in Corporate Law & Finance. In February of 2013 Michael took both the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams and has since been admitted to both Jurisdictions. In 2014, he briefly served as Vice President and General Counsel of Genoil, Inc.. In addition to running his own practice, Michael also assists in managing a large scale securities litigation project between two of the largest corporations in the United States.
